How Your Wedding Story... Breathes Life Into My Foral Design

Just as a poet carefully selects words to convey meaning and evoke emotions, I choose each flower and element to create a sensory experience that resonates with the couple's vision for their wedding day. The colours of the flowers reflect their chosen colour palette, while the textures and shapes add depth and visual interest to the arrangements. Like a composer adds different instruments and musical motifs, I incorporate a variety of blooms to create a seasonal blend.

Some of my favorite work has been taking a colour palette, the date, a vision for a wedding day and using the season to paint the picture and tell the story. Gathering the ideas from my couples and exploring the elements that are important means the whole process is personal and the results bespoke. It's not a 'one size fits all'.

It's romantic. It's your story. And your family and friends will know that the minute they arrive at your venue.

The dreamy autumnal theme of their wedding played a significant role in creating a magical atmosphere. The chosen colour palette included the enchanting jewel tones such as dusky pinks, midnight blue, dark purple, and pale pinks. These rich hues added depth and elegance to the floral arrangements, creating visually stunning displays.

The ceremony took place in the gardens outside the Fig House in Middleton Lodge Estate's grounds, providing a picturesque backdrop for the couple's exchange of vows. A luxurious Moongate served as a focal point, adorned with lush seasonal flowers that perfectly captured the essence of autumn.

As the celebration moved indoors for the reception, guests were greeted with a hanging flower cloud, creating a whimsical and romantic ambiance. The long tables were adorned with an abundance of vibrant flowers and candles, creating a smorgasbord of colour and fragrance that delighted the senses.

The floral design was thoughtfully considered to align with the couple's vision and sustainable values. As many locally sourced and seasonal flowers were carefully chosen to minimise the carbon footprint, while reusable and sustainable materials were utilised in the arrangements.
